Introducing learner-centered design. If you could solve any challenge in the world, what would it be?

How our program works

We built a design studio tailored towards helping people reach their full potential. We hire and build local teams where we pursue projects. Our core mission is to support people in reskilling and upskilling while we solve global challenges, together.

Step 1
Partner Collaboration

The Challenge

Partner provides a challenge sponsoring and funding a cohort of learners + design experts to solve real-world problems.

Step 2
Student Selection

Learners

We interview learners interested in learning design and solving the challenge at hand through hands-on experience.

Step 3
Industry Mentors

Experts

We assemble a team of industry experts + instructors to teach students while solving the challenge at hand.

Step 4
Team Formation

Pods

We assemble multiple teams of learners and experts in pods to learn and work together on focused solutions.

Step 5
Design Thinking Process

The Program

Pods leverage the design thinking process to research and develop ideas in weekly sprints with structured learning.

Step 6
Mutual Success

Results

Partners receive professional grade products, solutions, and research while learners upskill via project-based learning.
